How many times have you been told that life is a journey? That the joy is in the journey, not the destination. So you stopped waiting to “arrive” at happiness as a destination.

Now you’re confused. You know something is not right. You don’t feel good…about yourself, about your job, your life. And you don’t know why… So you self-medicate in an attempt to get through the day or to feel better.

Or…

Life isn’t hard; it just isn’t great.  You get up each morning, go through your daily rituals, go to work, come home take care of those for whom you are responsible, go to bed, only to get up to do it all over again….. and again…. and again…..

You can keep on doing what you are doing, but somehow you know that there just has to be more to life than what you are living…

Either way, you haven’t allowed yourself to just be who and where you are.  To feel the emotions that are coursing through your body.  Emotions are energy.  Not allowing the energy to flow leads to all sorts of blockages…. And manifestations in your mind and body.

Perhaps you believe you don’t have the time to deal with it all. It’s all just too messy – you know it will hurt, and who wants to hurt? Who wants to be in pain?  Who would willingly put themselves through that?

You are not sure what’s next for you.

All you know for sure is that where you are is not where you want to be.

I am a firm believer in energy and intuition.  Not only do “next steps” – or even “the first step” – have to make logical sense, it has to feel “right”.
